This Red McCombs Ford Promise policy allows customers to exchange their new Ford for another vehicle in stock if they’re not entirely satisfied with their purchase. However, the exchange must be made within the following three days, and the vehicle can’t have more than 100 additional miles on the odometer from the day of delivery.
